STOCK? We attempt to only list items in our store which we have in stock or have been ordered for future delivery, but as we have such a large range we sometimes are a little out of sync with true stock levels. Please feel free to email us for up-to-the-minute details

PAYMENT? Your Card will not be debited or cheque cashed until your order is ready for despatch, so if you preorder we wont hang on to your money for weeks and months

RETURNS? We offer a full guarantee on all stock. Any item you are not happy with may be returned. In the case of faulty items we will refund postage as well

POSTAGE RATES? We use a standard charge per delivery of £3 for UK, £4.50 for Europe, £6.00 for USA, and £7.50 for Rest Of World. Certain heavy/large items may carry a surcharge but this will be detailed at checkout
